"I have an excellent person that I refer my clients to in Cambridge. We have worked together for almost 15 years with great success. He lives there, works there and is the expert there. Most importantly, I trust him."
About Alex Grier
When the time comes to consider selling or purchasing your home, you have to look long and hard at who represents you in the sale.
Alex has successfully listed and sold real estate in the Cambridge area since 1986. These transactions have ranged from residential homes to farms, vacant land, commercial and investment properties. He has marketed two townhouse projects, each with more than 64 units. He has handled new home sales for two different builders.
Alex started his real estate career in 1986. Prior to real estate, he spent 25 years as an Air Traffic Controller with the Canadian Armed Forces. Alex's work experience has trained him for the need of accuracy and efficiency. Both of these skills are extremely important when negotiating an Agreement of Purchase and Sale on your property.
He has also served two terms on the computer Committee for the Cambridge Real Estate Board, and on the Board of Directors as chairman for the Finance Committee. Since fall of 2006, Alex has been providing free online property evaluations. Currently he is providing over 18 evaluations per month to the public.
His experience is further enhanced by his wife, Trudy, who is a licensed real estate representative and also has over 20 years of real estate experience. Proper handling of paper work is critical in the real estate industry and having a qualified assistant assures that documents are forwarded as needed.
In January 1998 Alex was inducted into the Re/Max Hall of Fame to recognize that he had the highest level of real estate service/activity. This was a first for a sales representative in the Re/Max office in Cambridge.
Alex knows how to listen to people. Communication is the key to the real estate business. You can contact Alex directly at 519-896-3200, or for those out of town clients 1-800-731-ALEX (2539). He is also available 24 hours a day through a paging system at the Re/Max Office 519-623-6200. Alternatively, he can be contacted by email at firstname.lastname@example.org (or directly through our feedback form).
